We collaborate with 100+ donation and charity organizations
About Us
In 2010, amidst the rubble of the Haiti earthquake, a small team of volunteers dared to believe that even the smallest acts of compassion could change lives. What began as an emergency mission soon grew into a lifelong commitment — to serve those caught in the crossfire of disaster and war.
Our Mission
“To heal, rebuild, and inspire hope in communities shattered by war and conflict, providing immediate relief and long-term support to restore lives with dignity and compassion.”
01.
Since our first mission in Haiti in 2010, Hope Across Borders Foundation has expanded its reach across more than 25 countries — from the refugee camps of Jordan to the war-ravaged cities of Ukraine, from the drought-stricken villages of Somalia to the earthquake-affected communities of Nepal.
02.
When hospitals collapse under bombs and bullets, we roll in.
Our Mobile Hospitals are state-of-the-art medical units equipped to perform surgeries, deliver babies, treat trauma injuries, and provide emergency care — often being the only lifeline available in conflict zones.
03.
When the guns fall silent, the rebuilding begins.
We have restored over 100 community centers — vital spaces that serve as:
Schools
Clinics
Counseling centers
Vocational training hubs
Causes
War seeks to steal futures; we fight back by building them brighter.
Through our Children of Hope Initiative, we have enrolled over 45,000 children who otherwise would have been lost to war, labor, or exploitation.
None of this would be possible without our global family — a network of over 300,000 volunteers and donors standing hand-in-hand across continents.
War and disaster often leave the elderly among the most forgotten.
At Hope Across Borders Foundation, we believe every elderly person deserves to live with dignity, safety, and companionship, even in the darkest times.
Our Commitment
We believe that behind every statistic is a child who dreams, a mother who prays, a family who hopes — and it is our sacred duty to stand with them.
In times of conflict and crisis, access to healthcare can mean the difference between life and death. We bring lifesaving medical services to the world’s most vulnerable, ensuring that no one is left behind.
"Standing by every step of the way." Support goes beyond aid — it’s about emotional presence, psychological recovery, and long-term survival. We walk with people on their journey to healing.
"A child with a book holds the key to peace." Education is the first line of defense against poverty, extremism, and trauma. We build classrooms where others see rubble — empowering the next generation.
We believe true recovery happens when communities come together. We help rebuild not just homes and clinics — but the social fabric torn by war.

FAQs
Hope Across Borders Foundation is a humanitarian non-profit organization founded in 2010. We provide emergency relief, healthcare, education, and long-term support to communities affected by war, displacement, and disaster. Our mission is to restore dignity, rebuild lives, and offer hope without borders.
We operate in over 25 countries across the Middle East, Africa, Europe, Asia, and the Americas — including regions like Syria, Ukraine, South Sudan, Yemen, and Haiti. Our response is guided by need, not location, and we work closely with local partners to ensure sustainable, culturally sensitive impact.
Our core programs focus on four pillars:
Health – Mobile hospitals, trauma care, and medical aid.
Support – Food distribution, mental health, elderly care.
Education – Emergency schooling, trauma-informed teaching.
Community – Rebuilding homes, clean water access, empowerment centers.
We also provide disaster response, refugee support, and peace-building initiatives.
We are funded through individual donations, corporate partnerships, grants, and fundraising campaigns. Over 80% of all donations go directly toward our programs. Transparency and accountability are core values of our operation.
